I received this today from the DOJ VNS system.  

This notice is to inform you that JEFFREY LOWRANCE will be released on December 15, 2020. Advance notice of this release was not possible since the release was immediate and/or unexpected. Upon release, the inmate will reside in Reedley, California, and will be supervised by the United States Probation Office at USPO - Eastern District of California - Fresno, 3401 Robert E. Coyle, United States Courthouse, 2500 Tulare Street, Fresno, California 93721.

Jeff Lowrance Incarcerated

JEFFREY LOWRANCE is currently incarcerated at FCI Bastrop and is scheduled for release on June 7, 2023. The inmate is not eligible for parole.

Lowrance, who had fled to Peru and was arrested there earlier this year, was arraigned today on criminal fraud charges in a 2010 indictment filed by the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois. Jeff Lowrance Arrested in Peru

Jeff Lowrance has been arrested in Peru on Feb 6, 2011. We are awaiting his extradition. Jeff Lowrance aka Alan Carpenter, appears to have started another company under Private Global Banks, http://privateglobalbanks.com/ where he was again taking on investors. I have including the court pleadings that have been filed in this case. Just follow the link below.
