Jeff Lowrance has been arrested in Peru on Feb 6, 2011. We are awaiting his extradition. Jeff Lowrance aka Alan Carpenter, appears to have started another company under Private Global Banks, http://privateglobalbanks.com/ where he was again taking on investors. Has there been any success finding his off-shore accounts?
Not yet. Apparently there is a long process that eventually gets to the point where they are looking for money/assets. This is part of the FBI investigation. Included in that is looking for investors who gained more than they invested.
