Jeff Lowrance has been arrested in Peru on Feb 6, 2011. We are awaiting his extradition. Jeff Lowrance aka Alan Carpenter, appears to have started another company under Private Global Banks, http://privateglobalbanks.com/ where he was again taking on investors.
